METABOOKS reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred in the product description or price, payment cannot be authorized, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
An order becomes binding once METABOOKS has confirmed its acceptance by email.

The prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time the order is placed, except in the event of an obvious pricing error.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected by the buyer. Additional costs resulting from the buyer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.
Return shipping costs and any import duties, customs charges, or other costs incurred in returning an international order are the responsibility of the buyer where permitted by applicable law.
